CONTRACT AND POLICIES
Please place your order at least 2 weeks prior to being delivered or picked up. Any orders over $500 will need to be placed at least 4 weeks prior!
If you need your order sooner than that, you need to confirm availability. Please call 980-780-1318.
The client needs to provide all the details about the composition or decoration (colors, personalized balloons, name, age, the reason for celebrating).
When the balloons are placed directly in the sun, they can burst.
Don’t leave the Balloon Bouquet or decoration inside the car. The balloons can burst or deflate.
For deliveries- please make sure you provide the correct address and details. If you send the wrong address, you will have an additional charge.
If you choose to pick up your order, please consider that all the compositions need special treatment, and they need to have a good space in your vehicle to place them. We are not responsible for the handling of the decoration or the balloon bouquet once they are in your vehicle.
Please let us know if the surprised person has any possible allergic reactions to the latex balloons to be considered in the decoration or composition.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due immediately to confirm your booking after the contract is signed. This deposit is non-refundable.
All sales are final after the order has been delivered or picked up.
WARNING: Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required.
Always dispose of damaged balloons properly. Do Not release balloons in the air.
We may use decorated display including video recordings and photographs for usage, including but not limited to social media networks, flyers, billboards, displays, and any other form of promotional marketing.
All designs/displays installed by Blissful Balloon Art, LLC are the property of BBA in return BBA reserves the right to utilize any/all photographs and video recordings as deemed necessary, for promotional use. IF YOU WISH NOT TO HAVE YOUR DECORATION DISPLAYED IN OUR WEBSITE AND/OR SOCIAL MEDIA, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

If you cancel or postpones the rentals and decor for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded, however, a credit is issued in the total of materials purchased which can be applied to any future event for up to one year. Any paid monies will not be credited if the cancellation or postponement occurs within 1 week of scheduled delivery date. A design change fee minimum of 10% of the new total will apply to all changes made within 1 week of event date. Fees may vary depending on the extent of the change.
